Disclosures

What the team holds, what it earns, what it runs, and what it can't do.

  • When the pool is created, the deployer wallet buys 3% of the supply, 30,000,000,000 tokens, for 315.59 USDC including the fee, in the pool-creation transaction. It signs and pays for that buy itself, at the normal curve price and with the normal 2% fee.
  • It is held unlocked by the deployer. It may move between team wallets, and the team may sell. There is no lock and no promise not to sell.
  • It holds tickets like any other holder, on the same terms: the lowest balance held through a round, so from the second round on, like any buy, with prizes paid like anyone’s. There is no special treatment either way.

The team earns the creator share of the trading fee, set in Meteora’s curve config. The figures match Fees and where they go.

Share of each trade Part of the trade’s value
Meteora 0.400%
Creator share, to the team 0.256%, which is 16% of the fee after Meteora’s cut
Pot 1.344%, or 1.337% after the 0.5% collect bounty

The creator share builds up in Meteora’s curve program and is claimed there. It never passes through the pot.

  • Both raffle programs are deployed final, with no upgrade authority.
  • No one, the team included, can change the rules, pause the raffle, or withdraw from the pot.
  • The pot pays only winners and bounties.
  • The curve itself runs on Meteora’s program, which Meteora can upgrade. See Risks and limits.
  • The team runs a public crank, called the engine, as a backstop. It closes quiet rounds, reveals draws and delivers prizes.
  • It has no special rights. Anyone can commit, reveal and deliver, and earns the same bounties.
  • Running it is not a promise of uptime. See Liveness.

Each draw’s seed is the hash of one block, at a target slot set when the round closes. The validator producing that block could skip it, which changes the seed and gives it a choice among a few outcomes. Using that needs that validator’s collusion on that exact draw. This is an accepted risk. More on The draw and in Risks and limits.

The mint, both programs and the pool are published at launch. See Verify it on chain.

Nothing here is an offer, a recommendation, or a promise of returns or timing. Prizes depend on trading, and the token can lose value. See Risks and limits.
